The + SR, Explained.
Both Gulshan Empire homes carry a servant room — the "+ SR" in 3 BHK + SR and 4 BHK + SR, which the developer officially calls the "Helper's Room". It is a genuine utility advantage in a large-format home, but it is not a fourth or fifth bedroom; read it for what it is.
Per the official plan the Helper's Room is a compact room placed near the kitchen and the service entry — 2260 × 1775 mm in the 3 BHK (with its own 1375 × 925 mm toilet) and 2415 × 1630 mm in the 4 BHK. It works equally well as live-in help quarters, a store, a laundry-and-utility space, or an occasional study.
